MAC x Mariah Carey collab Pt.1...

Can we just take a moment to let this all sink in? I meeeeeeean... I can not even with this collab right now. I am sooooo SHOOK! Now let me tell you,  when I first learnt of this collab dropping my first impression immediately after I had seen it was OMG! ITS SOOOO SPARKLY! Bwuahahahaha! If you know me, if it sparkles and shines, its gotta be mine. And now that I've got my claws on it I MUST reiterate that THIS collab is by far the most beautiful, well thought out and put together, detail oriented collab I have ever seen. I mean the diamond sparkle accents, the butterflies carved into the lipsticks and Mariah's cartoonified face from her music video "Heart Breaker" carved into the illuminator  is LITERAL LIIIIIFE! This collection is the epitome of everything Mariah Carey is. I absolutely adore this collection and could not be more happy that I have it. It is definitely a MUST HAVE. I got everything in the collection exept for the brush set, (tho very pretty, not worth the price) lip pencils, (I rarely use them) blushes, lashes and 2 lipsticks and 1 lip glass. I felt like the blushes: "you've got me feeling" & "sweet sweet fantasy" did not look well for my skin tone. When I swatched them, I just did not like the way they looked on me. Same goes for the lipstick "Dahhlinggg" and "MCizzle, they did not look good on me. Now the lipglass "Butterfly bling" was an online exclusive so they were sold out by the time I tried to purchase. Lastly the lashes and loose powder "Touch my body" I would say I didn't like the lashes because I love more of a dramatic lash look and the loose powder I am actually REGRETTING not getting. I thought after I swatched it that it looked exactly like the illuminator "My Mimi" but just in a loose powder form BUT, now that I keep thinking about it I'm like why oh whyyyyy didn't I get that to0??? Nothing haunts us like the things we did NOT buy >.< but I will try to survive thru this very emotional stage of regret. In the mean time I can't wait to show you what looks I create with this collection in pt 2 of this blog post.
