Review: Elemis Pro-Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm

Barefoot and primarily vegan (Elemis does animal testing in China when legally required to do so) Elemis is a British wellness brand located in London. This was the first product Ive used from this brand and the soothing balm melts into a rich cleansing oil to dissolve make-up and impurities on the skin. Upon contact with water, it emulsifies to a hydrating milk that easily rinses off, creating an exceptional cleansing experience. It nourishes the skin's lipid barrier, soothing it with hydration, leaving the skin feeling smooth and looking radiant.

It is for sure a well formulated cleansing balm made from the finest ingredients which is super important for removing dirt, oil, and makeup without causing irritation. The unique balm formula contains no Phthalates (a synthetic chemical that can be irritating to sensitive skin), SLS (a chemical commonly found in cosmetics).

I have been using This now for about 3 weeks and love how easy it is to remove a full face of makeup and how amazing my skin feels after. We are currently in the Sequoias and all the hiking and experiences leave you extremely dirty and dusty. Using the balm to deep clean and effortlessly remove all traces of eww was sooo nice! 😂 THIS is definitely being added to My Holy Grail: Skincare Edition. It is super soft, hydrating and moisturizing . And most importantly this cleanser smells sooo amazing!!
