Starting 2017 on a white clean slate, just like snow...

I've been M.I.A this last week because I was in Lake Arrowhead with the fam bam and there was limited reception. But what an amazing start to the year it has been already. I can't believe it is almost the end of the 1st week of January. Time just keeps flying by so fast. Anywho, hubby and I went to Lake Arrowhead for a few days with the family and had so much fun in the snow. Our cabin was amazingly beautiful and super cozy. I've linked where we stayed here. I personally could have stayed a few more days and I know dolly and Anjee poo wanted to play in the snow so much longer. Lol. And the best part was, wait for it.... THE FOOD! Duh!! Bwuahahaha!! My mother in law cooked so much food omg from albondiga soup, BBQ ribs, to chicken, rice and beans! Omg! I definitely gained 5 pounds to say the least lol. Another highlight of the trip was watching the kids snow sled. So much funsies!  You know I had to get an outfit or two in the mix of everything. So I paired some fleece leggings with a pleased skirt, threw a pop of color with the blue sweater. Added a lil party in the back with the open back blazer and of course my hunter boots.
