6 ingredients you have at home that can be used as a facial to promote healthy skin.

I want to start off by saying Self-care is NOT selfish! I know personally as a mom I need to be the best for my family. Whether you are a mom, wife, girlfriend or significant other. That role requires so much of you as a person to fulfill. Often times our wanting to fill this role successfully and be the best leaves us feeling burnt out and tired. You can really lose yourself if you dont be careful and take time for you.

Think of this as your new motto!! You cant give your best without feeling your best! It starts with YOU! So make sure you do something today that makes you happy💕 I know personally I love giving myself mini facials at home. Regular upkeep of the face promotes healthy blood flow to the skin which keeps your face looking healthy, plump, moisturized and youthful skin. I usually combine my mini facial with a loooong bubble bath and a can of my fave Hey mama wines. Now whether its for 10 min or 35 min (sometimes there really isnt time) I take it and do so regularly for me.. just to sit in quiet and reflect and enjoy.

I cant stress enough how important it is to set aside time for yourself. Self care is not selfish and you can start with a at home facial with ingredients found in your home:

•use coconut oil to take away any makeup, dirt or buildup then wipe away

•use sugar & tea tree oil to exfoliate any dead skin

•use avocado & honey as a facial mask and let sit for 15-30 min (this is where you pour you a glass of wine😉 and relax)

•after rinsing apply olive oil as a moisturizer…..

Tiara’s NO! Wine glasses UP!
